I don't know what I was thinking when I signed up for this race.  Provo River trail is meant to be run downhill, not up!!!  I thought I was going to die!

Good run on the way back, though. 

Whoever thought a 9:00 a.m. start time is a good idea is wrong!  Too many people on the trail.  All races should start no later than 8:00 a.m.!!!

Good run overall.  Happy w/ my time!

Lame, lame run!  My tummy hurt.  Walked about 1 mile.  Last .94 mile was at a 8:20 pace and that was good.

Gotta get to the gym tonight.  Stepped on the scale for the first time in a week and it said bad things to me!
