GREAT, GREAT, GREAT NEWS!!!! After a bit of persistence, SGM let me in!!! Wahooo!!! So happy!

Had a great run this morning. Training program called for a Quality Run which I didn't follow exactly, but still turned out to be a really great run! 8:49 was the average mile pace!

Today was an amazing run! Got little sleep, but felt ready to run! Legs felt fresh. Was a really neat feeling. I am sleep deprived 90% of the time so I usually feel dead when I run. This was so different. I actually sprinted up a hill! It was exhilerating!!!

Average pace was 8:43 according to partner's garmin. Mine said 8:49 so we chose to go with hers!
