Running partner and I had a bit of a late start this morning, but we got 8 miles in!!!  We are so happy with ourselves.  Average mile pace was nothing to celebrate but there was a strong wind and there were some hills towards the end.

It was a great run!  Got lots of talking done!  I am not happy with South Jordan city for locking their bathrooms.  Not happy with Daybreak for removing the Honey Buckets around the lake!!!

Look forward to singles vball tonight and possibly a gym workout!

Very good run, glad you got it in, sorry about the lack of facilities.

Thanks, flatlander! And my plans for vball got scratched! Forgot I signed up to donate blood. Afterwards I just felt too tired to go. Spent good time with kids instead!

Nice distance on your run.

And major kudos for giving blood.
