It was a good run this a.m. Pace wasn't too fast, but felt right. Had a very eventful weekend so had to tell Running Partner all about it. That tends to slow us down a bit.
Kept it short because Running Partner's IT band is still giving her problems.
My ankle is completely better. I am so happy. Hope to play basketball tonight! Haven't played in weeks, cuz I didn't want to get injured!
I made it to the gym!! Lifted some weights on glutes, quads, and triceps. Then shot baskets for 20 minutes or so! Everything felt great except for the part of my lower leg that I injured two months ago. It didn't feel good on the quick stops!! Can't believe it still hurts! |
