oh my!  Was it hard to get up today or what????  Yesterday I did my run, swam 750 yards and recumbent biked for 15 miles w/ rpm around 90.  I am so tired today I can hardly walk straight!

This morning was an awesome run in spite of my fatigue. Great conversation w/ my running partner.  She is an angel on earth, sent here just to make me run, to cheer me on, and support me!

During the last 1/4 mile running partner started pulling away from me.  I don't know how far ahead of me she got, but it was more than usual.  My competitive nature kicked in and I booked it so hard.  Caught up to her shortly before we normally start our final kick to the end.  I had little to no kick left in me.  When I finally hit the end, I just about dropped to the pavement right there!  Legs were burning!

Now I am at work and my brain isn't functioning!!! :-)

 Only have to swim tonight.

Good job with the surge at the end.
