Today was a good run. Got a little more sleep than usual. Was tired because of swimming yesterday. Talked the whole way. When I have a night like last night, I need to run at least 10 miles to get it out of my system! I am extremely grateful for a running partner who is an awesome listener and has great feedback. She is the best! Rock climbing will be my evening workout! Gotta stop eating so much! Then maybe I wouldn't have to workout twice a day! LOL |
