Nice run. Not too fast, but lots of it was gradual uphill! Excited to start putting in some miles for SGM training. Started training program for a sprint triathlon in August. So many races, not enough time or $!!!

Steve, I'm training for the Bear Lake Brawl sprint. Just did Echo Olympic distance. It was an awesome experience.
