Didn't run this a.m.  Donated blood last night.  Still felt a bit blah.  Will probably swim tonight and maybe stationary bike.  Singles volleyball, too.  This week has been tough to get myself going.  Weather hasn't helped.  Sometimes it seems like this blasted triathlon will never get here.  And sometimes it seems like it is coming too fast and I won't be prepared!  71 more days!

Ohmigosh, the weather, I KNOW! It's been making me all moody and blah. Why does this bipolar weather have to rub off its bipolar-ness on us?!
