ok.....have some questions here!  The Nap Time field.......is that where I document the amount I sleep after coming home from my run and jumping back into bed???  After a shower, of course!  My kids have been off-track for the past three weeks so I would go running, come home and shower and jump back into bed for and hour and a half or two!!!  Then I would fight with the bed monster and finally crawl out of bed around 10:00.  Kids are back in school so I was at work at 9:00 a.m.!!!  Miracle!

And then the weight field.......is that pre-workout weight or post-workout???  lol  You know that post-workout weight is better, so that is the one I am going to use!

I guess it is almost pointless to keep track of miles on shoes when I only have one pair but at least I will know when I should be replacing them for sure!

The run this a.m. was good, but the wind was so bitter, bitter cold!

It took everything I had to get to the gym tonight to do speed workout.  Glad I went.  It was good.  Did 400s at about 7:30 pace!  Haven't ran that fast in a long time.  It was fun.

I don't think it matters which weight you use as long as you consistently use the same one. Although, post work out weight will vary more. Not sure how you can do it with only 4 hours of sleep. I get between 6 and 7 and feel like a zombie half of the time.

Sleep....more important than food and water at times. I don't know how I do it either. I think I operate in zombie mode a lot!!! Thank goodness for afternoon church. Helps catch up on sleep!
