This run was blah. Never felt good. Had more sleep than usual but still couldn't get the run to feel right. Might have been better to sleep in.

Oh, Ragnar Vegas is fun!!! You do not need to be motivated at all, just go and have a good time. What runner are you? I was 12 last year and loved it!
Are you going to go do anything fun while you are there? We saw the Blue Men group and it was AWESOME!

Kelli-It was tons of fun! They changed the course this year. Runner 12 had a brutal second leg. What a challenge it was!! Loved it. I had a great van and I ran well. Really, really pleased with my running.
Calvin-The relay was amazing! Thanks for asking. It was my 5th relay and I think it was my best. I said it would be my last, but maybe I'll do another!
