This morning's run was great.  Well, except for the fact that I got to my running partner's house and realized that I forgot my ears.  I used one of my kids beanies that didn't cover my ears!  Thank goodness it kind of kept my hair over my ears.

Came across a running club.  It was cool to see so many people running.

It was a short run today cuz I just didn't have the strength to run up the big hill, but average mile pace was 8:56!!!  Very happy w/ that.

Hope to get to the gym tonight and swim some more.  Have bball practice tonight, too.  No one usually shows up so it isn't always a good workout.

No bball practice. No one had keys to get in the church.  Went swimming.  Swam a total of 22 laps.  10 of which were freestyle/crawl.  Have lots of room for improvement.  Friend invited me to go to a Master's swim class at the rec center next week.  I hope it helps.  Otherwise it will be sidestroke the whole way!

How many basketball games do you have? I think there's never enough in the church ball season.

I think there were only four because most of the wards had to combine to make a team. This is enough for me cuz the games aren't at the level of play that makes it fun.

The main thing is to try and have fun. I used to go to a stake center and play three mornings out of the week. I started breaking too many bones, so I picked running back up. Best decision EVER!
