Rode to work this a.m.  5 1/2 miles.  Had my Garmin set in running mode - argghhh!!!!  Oh, well.....showed 4:05 mile pace....too lazy to convert that to mph.

Still need to swim 2250 yds tonight.  Hope I can get it done!

I have really slacked off on training this week.  I will repent next week when I get back from Washington State.  Running an Armed Forces Day 5k in Bremerton, WA while visiting best friend.  Excited to run somewhere other than Utah and Wyoming!
