Good run this morning................IN THE RAIN!!!!  Bit chilly but nothing like the race a couple weeks ago.  Talked the whole way..... maybe I could run faster if I talked less!

Car is in the shop so I biked to and from work.  Total of 11 miles.  Good biking.  Boys and I walked 3 miles to swim lessons.  Got sprinkled on.  Thanks to a friend who gave us a ride home and had warm scones for us!  Heavenly Father sure has blessed me tons with helpful friends.
