Didn't run today. Biked 38 miles. 5 miles to work. 26 training miles (burned 1177 cal, avg 14 mph, max 35 mph, 1:52) 7 miles picking up kids, riding to scouts, to the gym, back to scouts and home. I'm tired.
Really need to cut 20 minutes off my biking time! Does anyone know any miraculous ways to do that? |
