Compared to yesterday's run, today's was an Olympic performance.  I was a much better runner today!  It was awesome.  About mile 3 a guy jumped onto the path about 1/4 mile in front of us.  Our competitive nature took over and we picked up the pace and passed him.  Then we ran out onto the pier at Daybreak to enjoy a moment or two of beauty.

Temple Hill killed me today!  Ok, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be but I lost my momentum when I was just about to the top.  Caught up to running partner on the way down.

I really could have used a nap when I was done, but I didn't even let the Bed Monster into the ring!  I won the fight before it even started.  Was early to work.  Took a 10 minute nap in my car!

Now it is going to take me until mid afternoon to become fully awake and alert!

Evening workout:  An hour of intense volleyball!  It was awesome.  Then went to the gym - 20 minutes hard on stationary bike followed by 10 minutes running.  100 crunches.  Would have done some strength training but for some silly reason they close the gym at midnight!

Good to see you back in the mix. Good discipline, and good luck with your scheduling challenges.
