Beautiful run.  34 degrees.  AVG 8:58/mile.  So happy w/ that.  Last 1/2 mile was 7:28 pace.  We came upon a couple runners and just had to pass them.  It was an awesome finish.

We have started running on the west side of the lake again.  It is so beautiful in the early morning.  Ice is starting to melt.  We took a one minute break on the pier.  It is so peaceful.

Race this weekend in Provo.  Run For Red.  Would love to get sub 23, but will settle for sub 24.

Did you recently change your profile pic?

Good luck on the upcoming race.

Hey there! I havnt talked to you in eons and im practically your neighbor. I saw you with your friend a few times early morning up at the Daybreak. Are you doing Moab this year?

From Missee on Tue, Mar 02, 2010 at 11:57:24 from 173.14.225.246

Never have done Moab, but probably not! :-( I'm pretty booked w/ local races and training for Echo Triathlon. Maybe next year. And next year I want to do this cruise starting in Puerto Rico. It is about six days long and there is a race every day! Sounds fun, just have to save some money!

I have a friend that just came back yesterday from that cruise in Puerto Rico. What fun would that be to do a race series like that! has Echo Tri closed or can you still sign up? Ill have to look into that. I have wanted to do that one for a while.

I would love to talk/email w/ ur friend about the cruise! I don't know if Echo is closed or not. I am really worried about the swim. I signed up for the Olympic distance cuz it seemed like too much money to waste on a sprint! But, I am going to Master's Swim class once a week and trying to swim on my own two or three times a week. I have a friend who said he would take me out a couple times to swim in open water for practice. Should be fun!
