After my early morning run, sometimes I go back to bed for a blessed amount of time.  Sometimes it is only 20 minutes, sometimes it is an hour.  I love this extra bit of sleep but it is so hard to get back out of bed.  I've decided to call this extra sleep my "nap time".  I know it is going to be years and years before I'll be able to have a traditional nap during the week, so this will have to suffice.

This morning's run was cold.  Running partner is still having problems with her IT band.  We have started to walk a block or so once or twice during our run.  So far, so good.

So tired this a.m.  Need more sleep and need to eat better. LOL  Maybe in the next life!

You are funny with sleep. You know after I run in the cold and come inside the house and warm up I could sleep standing up! I get so tired! Ask your friend when she's getting on here! haha Tell her I said so! lol She doesnt even know me that well so it wont be as hard when she says no. Good run !

The highlight of my week is when I can go for an early morning Saturday run and come home and go back to bed w/o getting up until noon!!!!

I'm starting to prefer sleep over food....and that is saying something cuz I LOVE to eat!!!

I do the same on Saturday's and can't believe that I can fall asleep so easily after running.

You know that is a good thing for you! We need to figure out how to eat while we are sleeping, that way we can save some time huh?

Andy I know I am victim to that also. Its got to be the cold. I always get sleepy on days that its raining too. My mom must have put me in front of the window on rainy days to make me sleepy because it makes me tired for some reason.
