This morning was awesome.  Talked non-stop the first four miles.  Made the last two a bit tough.  AVG/mile for mile 6 was awesome, but I can't remember what right now.  For the last .2 it was 6:30.  Couldn't have kept that pace for much longer, though.  Max was 5:29.

Haven't run really since Tuesday of last week.  It was good to get out again.  Triathlon training starts in a week!  I'm going to be one tired girl!

Best wishes go out to the instructor at the Master's Swim class I have started attending.  She has her work cut out for with my stroke!
