Stayed up until 3:30 a.m. cleaning house for carpet cleaners today.  Too tired to run, regretting it.  Wish I would have gone.  Maybe I can get a run in later this eve.

I'm going to bed in 10 minutes. It's my goal to be asleep by 1. That will give me 4 hours of sleep! Wahooooo!!! Running @ 5.

Thats a start! Baby steps! lol You know your not 18 anymore, you cant go clubbing unil 3 in the morning and then go to work at 6! Im kidding, I have a bit of sleep disorder myself. I always get up and wander round the house at night.
