Got lots of sleep, but forgot to set alarm so I missed running.  Kicking myself!!!  Let my running partner down.  I feel horrible!

Hey how are you? Dont worry about missing your alarm clock it happens. Its good to have a running partner to help with accountability huh!? Do you have any races this weekend or coming up?

Thanks for making me feel better about missing running!

I have a sprint triathlon in Riverton on the 30th. Extremely worried about the swim. My biking partner is doing it also and despite her being about 15 years older than me, I think she's going to beat me. I have such a hard time losing!!! Shouldn't cuz I seldom win a race......oh, yeah, I have never won a race (since freshman year of high school), so I should be used to it by now! Oh, well. It keeps me humble! LOL

I love sprint triathlons! They are so fun and you dont have to kill yourself to do them. Dont worry about the swim, just follow Dora's advice from Nemo.

Well a freshman in high school is your last moment in fame huh? Looks like we need to get you back at the top. So your friend is 15 years older huh? I have a friend like that too. He is 56 and has done 28 St. George marathons! Truely awesome! Keep up the great work, sounds like your getting more sleep than me now so I need to follow my own advice. See ya.
