Missee - welcome to the blog. You have run a very decent marathon time. I read the "I did it" comment as an indication that you were not quite sure you'd be able to complete the distance, yet you still managed a 9:00 mile pace average. To me this is a sign of running talent. I have to see the details of your training and racing times in other distances to make more meaningful observation, but at this point I am willing to say that running a Boston Qualifier (3:40 if you are under 35), is a very realistic goal.
I assume that the marathon was this year. If you have not had any major injuries or illnesses since the marathon your daily runs should probably be at least 4 miles as the minimum 6 days a week if the time permits. If 9:00 mile pace feels too fast for 4 miles day after day, slow it down to whatever you can keep without being injured or overtrained, but make sure to get in the distance.
Welcome to the blogosphere :) Good job on the run. Maybe we can run Salt Lake City next year together :)
