avg:  9:02  -  It felt better than that.  I was disappointed.  Found one penny!!!

It was way too hot!!!  I like the 60 degree weather better.

Running a 10k race in Wyoming on Saturday.  Hope to beat a lady who beat me in State Track in 1990.  After driving all night I'm not too sure how I'll do, but I'll give it my all, that's for sure!! :-)

Hey good luck beating your nemesis saturday. Im sure if there is any hill she is doomed! You whale up those hills! Congrats on the sleep too! Thats some kind of record. I made up for your sleep deprivation on friday night and saturday a total of 2.5 hours! Yeah

Unfortunately, there are no hills. It is a flat square course, two times around. Not very scenic either. A few cows and horses to look at, the hospital and nursing home, and a few houses. Oh, yeah, a couple alfalfa fields, too.

You need to get some sleep!!! 2.5 hours is nothing!!!

You see what comes around goes around eh? Its about time you got me on my sleep. Last night my kids went to the next door neighbors house, my wifes in Hawaii so I was all alone and without everyone the house seemed to get a whole lot bigger to me. I heard a bang at midnight so I got up to see what it was and couldnt get back to sleep until 2 and then I woke up at 5 to go run on rivertons track. Now im wiped out!
