Running partner and I were both dead today.  Could be because of my lack of sleep and I had a lot of extra activity yesterday.

Oh boy, lack of sleep! I cannot function without at least 7-7 1/2 hours.

Christina mentioned that we run City Creek on Wednesday nights. Yes, we meet at the Capital at 6:00 p.m., except not this week cause we are all racing this weekend....You are welcome to join us anytime!

I'd love to make it one of these weeks, but I'm supposed to be attending a study group on Wednesday nights. My evenings are usually filled w/ kids' activities so my usual running time is between 5 and 6:30 a.m., thus the lack of sleep!

Yes, the things we sacrifice for exercise and our family...sleep....
