avg 9:09 -- pathetic, but considering lack of sleep and amount of talking we did this morning, understandable.

Because of circumstances kind of beyond my control, I had to literally RUN through Wal-Mart, buy shoes for son, RUN to checkout, RUN to car and drive like a maniac to church.  All this running in 3" heels.  Not recommended.  Ankles are a bit sore, but it was worth it cuz I was able to get my sons to the church to go to Cub Country with only seconds to spare!

Cross training didn't happen yesterday.  :-(  Had to go to a study group for CLA exam for legal assistants.  Taking text next year, but need to study a lot!!!!

Hey missee, it sounds like running in 3" heels would be a good cross trainer! Thanks for the run it was fun with a little sun. Ok ill stop, before I blow your top.

It was a good run. Bike ride home was great, too. Faster than the way there. Probably because I could see better! Good luck w/ WBR!
