Took this morning off.  When can you tell if you are wisely taking time off to heal from an injury or if you're using it as an excuse and take the time off cuz you're lazy?!?!?!?

Running again tomorrow, for sure.  I need it more for my mental health than for my physical well-being.

I've gone over that question numerous times in my head since January. I felt like I was a complete lazy head. But then when I came back to jogging last month I discovered hey! I think that time off was a good thing! So don't worry you aren't lazy. Just being PROACTIVE the way I see it haha

I think you're right. This morning it felt great to run. Only did 4.7 miles, but it was good.
