Great to see you back, Missee! Very speedy workout today.

Thanks for your comment Lybi. I noticed that you ran the Provo City 1/2 marathon! I was there. It was very windy. It was my first "flat" 1/2 marathon. I've ran the Provo River 1/2 marathon 6 times, but that race is mostly downhill. The scenery is breathtaking!

Thanks Missee. What was your time for the Provo City Half and your fastest Provo River Half? I'm wondering how scared I should be of it.

From Missee on Wed, Jun 04, 2008 at 15:17:49

My fastest Provo River 1/2 was 1:43. The first time I ran it in 2003 I ran 2:27. It was a painful run as I didn't do any training!

Don't be scared of the race! It's a lot easier than Provo City 1/2.
