It was a good run this a.m.  9:02 avg mile pace.  Like to see sub 9, but 9:02 is close.  Talked the whole way.  Had lots to tell running partner.  It was a very social Holiday weekend!!!  LOL

Getting a tad worried about St. George!  What was I thinking?

Did my triathlon on Saturday.  1:18:10 was my time!  I'm happy w/ my time considering the lack of training.  Next year I'll improve my time, I'm sure!  Might focus more on triathlons next year instead of just running.

Great job on the tri! How was it? I really like doing them myself. You know I can see you being a triathlete. Im not just saying that. How was the swim? Was it open water?

Sounds like you had an enjoyable weekend! Good job, you deserve it!

Don't worry about SGM! You knew what you were thinking! It will be a great experience! I hope I will get to meet you there!

Congrats on the tri!

Walter - The Tri was awesome. Can't wait to do another. I just need to work on the swim and transitioning! The swim was in an outdoor pool. The girl in front of me was fast enough to be a motivator but not so fast that I was discouraged.

Kim - Thanks for your encouragement about SGM. Haven't been feeling well lately so now I'm really worried about not training enough!!! Oh, well. I won't die doing it, but I might be wishing to!!! LOL

Congrats on the tri are you officially hooked now! Too bad they are so seasonal and hard to get into also. You almost have to plan ahead a full year to get into them.

Kim, just keep up the good work and you'll be fine in SGM! Look who you have to motivate you! Sometimes I wished someone was there to get me motivated more.
