It was a good run.  I was still exhausted from this weekend's bike ride.  Plan on swimming tonight after work.  I'm kid-free this week and I intend to exercise non-stop!!!  That is, if I can get away from work!

As soon as I got home from work, changed clothes, jumped on the bike and rode 3 miles to the gym.  I did 20 min stairmaster, interval speed training on level 12 for 16 minutes and level 14 for 4 minutes.  Then a friend found me and we lifted on back for several exercises.  By this time it was getting dusk and I needed to ride home b4 dark.

When I got home I re-arranged furniture for a few minutes and then a friend asked me to go for a bike ride----in the dark!  Not the brightest of ideas, but I did it anyway.  I probably did another 6 miles on bike--forgot to take the Garmin!

Finally got home and put in an hour of work @ the computer.  I definitely need more sleep!

I'm exhausted just reading your blog! You had a lot of energy! When I do a stair master for 20 minutes, I'm toast the rest of the day. Way to go!!
