I got so much sleep last night!!!  I feel alive!

Today is cross-training day and I haven't done anything yet!  Hopefully while the kids are w/ their dad, I can get to the gym and play basketball, stairmaster, tummy crunches, and maybe work triceps/biceps.

Wish me luck!

Good luck on x-training today! Question for you .. what kind of bike do you use? I'm thinking of getting an entry level road bike for 495 (originally 1100) through bikesdirect.com. It comes with free aero bars. :) It's "Dawes 1500" which I think is a Canadian brand or Euro-Canadian. Do you think it'd be a good investment? Right now I use a Bianchi Boardwalk hybrid bicycle. I think I could ride more efficiently and go a lot faster if I get a real road bike.

Good job on your training. I liked your Visiting Teaching on Wheels idea! I just got a bike--pretty basic comfort bike, and I've only ridden it twice so far. I'm a little bit of a scaredy cat riding out in traffic.

Hey missee did you know that your the only female from west jordan on here? You need to do some recruiting! ha ha

Christina - Use that bike!!! Traffic can be a bit frightening, but find a route that is less travelled. It's less work than running!

Walter - Only female in WJ, huh? I do have some work cut out for me, don't I?
