this morning was cold and windy. No surprise! But, we were strong runners and finished against the wind. It was a great run. Didn't do anything all weekend because I was in WY where it was below my "cold" threshold while on vacation! Need to get off the computer and go bike for at least 30 minutes before I go to bed. Swimming in the a.m.! ****** I did it! 30 minutes on indoor bike trainer. So much harder than stationary bike @ the gym w/ an array of channels to choose from!!! Oh, well! It was nice not to have to drive to the gym. Now, if I can get to sleep in the next five minutes, I will be lucky to get 5 1/2 hours of sleep!!! |
