Played vball and bball last night! It was a fantastic night. Basketball was amazing. Had a few good steals and even made a 3 pointer!!! It was so cool! Counted that as today's workout! Basketball is the equivalent of a speed workout, right? :-)

Basketball is a CRAZY workout! Last time I played it took me a good couple days to recover.
