This morning was a good run.  Had lots to talk about with running partner.

Avg HR: 155.  I think I need to run more and talk less!

Avg pace was 9:26.

Gotta get serious about tri training but the weather is not cooperating.  Supposed to bike 90 minutes today.  In the rain............I don't think so!

Biked Goldlilocks this last weekend with my 15 yoa daughter.  It was her first real ride.  We loved it!  signed up to ride next year.  We rode 42.8 miles.  Next year it will be 60!

*****

Evening workout consisted for swimming 1500 yds.  Went to Gold's Gym at 10:45 p.m.  Shock of my life.....there were other people swimming!  Usually I have the pool to myself at that time of night.  It was good to see other people using the pool instead of just sitting in the hot tub.

Good job, fun times with your daughter. If I biked I would fall off.

LOL! They have tricycles for grown-ups! Maybe you could get one of those! :-)
