I ran the trails this morning.  It was a killer.  So tired after traveling and vacationing all week.  Biked to work for a total of 11 miles on the bike so far.  The ride home will add another 10 or so.  I will lose the vacation weight!  I will, I will, I will!.

I might even update this blog more.  I don't have a lot of time, but it will give me somewhere to talk about my fitness endeavors without boring those who can't get off the couch to understand.
