I am so happy with my time and my place for this race.  I felt absolutely horrible with a head cold and cough.  Seriously thought about skipping the race altogether, but I'm so glad I didn't.  I was so out of it, I forgot that I had my Garmin in the car, so I didn't race w/ it.  Don't know if it would have helped or not!

There were 215 runners in the race and 101 in my age group.

What's up with half of the runners being in your age group?!

You did a great job! No fun with a head cold and cough!

I had seen ads on this run and was wondering how it would turn out. Wasn't it women only?

Congratulations and I hope you are feeling better now!

Yeah, it was women only. I saw several posts on the website saying that they had been placed in the wrong age group....so I doubt the #'s are completely accurate.

I do feel much better now (9/23). Thanks for being concerned.
