This was a tough race becaue I haven't trained for a 5k.  I didn't get much sleep.  Ate spaghetti at 2:00 a.m.

Rained the whole race!!  Reminded me of St. George marathon last year.

It was fun having my son with me.  He ran the 2k.  He did great!  7th overall and 1st in his age group.  I might end up w/ a permanent race partner!!  He said that he's not ready to do it again tomorrow, but maybe next week!! ;-)

This was a friendly race.  I love it.  People talked to everyone, whether they knew them or not!  Loved the plaques - they are unique.  Raffle drawing prizes were awesome.  Thanks to the guy that gave me his prize and then traded with me.

Way to go! Getting prizes is always good, too.
